Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct salary offers, job analyses, and market data reviews
Support annual compensation cycles and union compensation activities
Manage interim pay requests and create job descriptions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
Minimum of five years' experience in human resources, finance, or business operations
At least two years of experience working on compensation projects
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 programs
Preferred certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP
