Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue
goals
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the
assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused
solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in sales or strategic
development, preferably in employee benefits or healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field preferred
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, especially in
healthcare or employee benefits
Strong understanding of the Northeast market dynamics
