Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development to
drive growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, valuation,
due diligence, and negotiations
Conduct market analysis to identify acquisition opportunities and
assess industry trends
Develop financial models and present investment cases to executive
leadership
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment
banking, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related
field; MBA preferred
Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due
diligence
Deep understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or technology
industries
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing
cross-functional teams
