Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Discovery and
Financial Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Set the vision for teams and empower them to design and develop
technology solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technology results and
drive continuous improvement
Recruit, develop, and sustain high-performing teams while promoting
a culture of accountability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field,
or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5
years in a management role
Proven track record in recruiting and developing teams for current
and next-generation platforms
Experience in leading large-scale strategic projects
Background in information delivery, including BI/analytic reporting
and enterprise data services
