A company is looking for a Financial Transformation and Client
Integration Manager who will lead digital transformation
initiatives and manage client integration into financial management
services.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance client financial processes through automation
and digital solutions
Manage end-to-end client integration projects, ensuring effective
transition to services
Lead and mentor team members while maintaining strong client
relationships throughout projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations, with
3 years in process improvement or transformation roles
Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives and
proficiency in accounting software platforms
Strong understanding of financial automation tools and project
management skills
Experience with workflow management and API integrations
