Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product engineering strategy aligned with
business goals
Build and mentor a diverse engineering team while promoting a
collaborative culture
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely
delivery and product quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or
a related field
15+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams, with
5+ years in a cloud environment
Proven experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering
complex software products
Strong understanding of software engineering, architecture,
DevSecOps, and cloud technologies
Demonstrated success in driving agile development processes in a
product-driven organization
