Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Head of Sales - Remote/US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership over the sales team and ensure annual sales
targets are met or exceeded
Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and expand services
offered
Oversee the performance of the team and manage a budget pipeline
for ongoing RFP/RFI responses
Required Qualifications
20+ years of life science industry experience selling to Pharma,
BioTech, or CRO services
10+ years of Sales Management experience delivering Flexible
Resourcing and/or FSP solutions
Proven track record of driving pipeline and achieving sales
targets
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management
experience
Demonstrated global experience in selling large-scale strategic
solutions
