Job Description:
A company is looking for a RVP, Sales - Aerospace & Defense in
the VA/DC region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, including
recruiting, hiring, and training
Participate in client meetings and provide support and guidance to
direct reports
Report on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management
while monitoring team performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience with a team of
seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Proven track record in leading successful Account Executives
Experience in consultative selling and strong business acumen
Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS,
IaaS, PaaS) space
