Job Description:
A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and construct processes to support Mid Life Cycle
activities within the People organization
Assist with Mid Life Cycle tower initiatives and conduct detailed
research to identify process improvements
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within their Tower, delivering
process solutions and ensuring compliance with governance
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with People Systems
and Processes
Experience with PeopleSoft
Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global initiatives across a
Matrix organization
Experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six
Sigma, and Solution Design principles preferred
Stakeholder and Project Management experience
