A company is looking for a Lead Varicent Consultant to join
their Automation team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Varicent
incentive compensation solutions for clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and
translate them into scalable compensation models
Mentor junior developers and consultants, providing guidance on
best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM
platform
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Varicent ICM
solutions for large organizations
3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior developer role
Strong proficiency in Varicent ICM scripting and data modeling
Expertise in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
