Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage Payment Integrity recovery operations and
staff
Execute and monitor recovery inventory to maintain performance and
quality standards
Support the resolution of recovery issues in collaboration with
Health Plan operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3-5 years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred
Experience in claims processing and recovery operations
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
Experience managing teams and prioritizing work in a fast-paced
environment
