Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide
outstanding customer support to its user community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-premise and remote end-user support, troubleshooting,
and diagnosing problems
Track and manage service requests via email, phone, or
in-person
Install, customize, and test hardware and software
Required Qualifications
2 or more years' experience in IT support preferred
Proven experience providing high-quality technical support and
customer service to end-users
Experience managing and responding to technical incidents
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing hardware malfunctions
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
preferred
