Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring an Administrative Patient
Coordinator in Carlsbad, Ca.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(In-Person)
Travel Requirements: Willing to travel 1-3 times per year
(varies)
AS a Patient Coordinator:
Patient Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, including
follow-ups and adjustments.
Patient Support: Triage patient inquiries and needs, ensuring
timely responses and resolutions.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with patients to
ensure satisfaction and adherence to care plans.
Patient Upsell: upselling additional treatments, and proactively
reaching out to patients post-treatment to gauge interest in
further services.
Office Administration:Handle incoming calls, emails, and
correspondence professionally.
Maintain organized patient records, files, and billing systems.
Technical Proficiency: Resolve minor technical issues and ensure
office technology (computers, software, etc.) runs smoothly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to streamline
patient care and administrative processes.
Professionalism: Provide courteous and attentive service to
patients, including high-profile or demanding individuals.
Weekend and Travel: Commit to working one weekend per
month(Primarily Saturday) to assist with our training events in our
clinic. Travel occasionally (1-3 times per year) for clinic-related
events.
The ideal candidate will have:
Well-versed in medical terminology and have recent experience
working in a medical clinic.
Able to clearly explain our patient offerings and answer technical
or medical-based questions.
Strong communication skills.
Medical assistant or similar degree/certification.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or
patient coordination roles.
Medical background or familiarity with medical terminology STRONGLY
preferred.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable with modern technologies and resolving basic office
tech issues.
Organizational Skills:Strong multitasking ability and attention to
detail.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Interpersonal Skills:Professional demeanor with excellent
communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist in
various capacities.
Comfortable working with high-profile or demanding patients.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the needs of the office,
including occasional travel and weekend work.
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's
degree preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work
independently.
Pay Rate: $22.00-24.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
