Job Description:
A company is looking for a Booking & Activities Customer Support
team member with FareHarbor experience for a seasonal, part-time
position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and empathetic customer service via phone and
email
Monitor social media channels for customer support and feedback
Assist in setting up schedules and tours in back-office systems
Required Qualifications
Experience with FareHarbor is essential
Familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, or Talkdesk, and Slack is a
plus
Strong computer skills, including experience with multiple browsers
and CRM systems
Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a
reliable internet connection
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude under pressure
