Job Description:
A company is looking for a Gender Specialist in Integrated Fire
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the integration of gender perspectives in fire management
projects to promote gender equality and social inclusion
Conduct gender analyses and monitor indicators for gender equality
progress
Develop tools and facilitate training to enhance rural women's
participation in decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
University degree in gender studies, social sciences, or a related
field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in gender-sensitive
approaches in emergency and resilience projects
Working knowledge of Spanish
