A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Originator to join their
mortgage lending operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients and agents to identify solutions that
meet their needs
Guide clients through the mortgage process using technology and
ensuring compliance with regulations
Achieve sales goals while collaborating with operations,
compliance, and technology teams
Required Qualifications
Mortgage Loan Originator License in CO or TX
2 - 4 years of experience in mortgage lending
Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo
guidelines
Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices
