Facilities Procurement Coordinator

WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Facilities Procurement Coordinator to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:

Requires experience in Ariba and must be technologically savvy.
Requires 1 - 3 years of experience in construction or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

This person would receive proposals and go into Ariba system and create a PO and go from end to end.
Track approvals, send PO's over to contractor and process payments.
May need to onboard vendors in Ariba.
Make sure budgets reconciled, make sure proper PR is set up, make sure goods are received/performed.Once services are rendered, they would work with contractor to get invoice into Ariba to be properly coded to get invoice paid.
