A company is looking for a Carrier Relations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and ensure customer engagement and success principles
within the Carrier Solutions team
Administer relationship touchpoints with decision makers and key
stakeholders across the business
Maintain customer profiles and commercial terms, including
contractual adherence and financial reporting
Required Qualifications
A college degree or equivalent experience in employee benefits
businesses
5+ years of experience working with employee benefits products and
insurance
Expertise in relationship management and building new
relationships
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various
functions
Strong project management abilities with a proven track record in
fast-paced environments
