Job Description:
A company is looking for a Purchase Mortgage Banker
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, providing
guidance throughout the home loan selection process
Understand borrower needs and recommend optimal loan products and
pricing options
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of loan products, pricing
structures, and multi-state regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Recent mortgage loan origination experience required; call center
environment preferred
Purchase experience is required
Must have a significant licensing footprint and meet all NMLS
requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport
quickly
