Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corp Sr LOA Specialist to manage the
leave of absence program and provide consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with employees, HR, and vendor partners regarding leave of
absence needs
Act as a consultative partner in managing leaves and resolving
related inquiries
Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits and maintain
compliance with relevant laws
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in employee benefits and leave
management
Bachelor's degree required
Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits related to leave
of absence
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
