Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establishes new escrow accounts and processes escrow documents in
accordance with policies and procedures
Handles complex transactions and identifies escrow and risk with
minimal supervision
Participates in training and maintains a strong working knowledge
of corporate policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience, with at least 3 years handling
escrow transactions as an escrow assistant
Knowledge of standard concepts and practices in the escrow/title
industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
