Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner for NY DBL/PFL.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and analyze data for the adjudication of NY State Short Term
Disability and Paid Family Leave claims
Investigate claim issues and provide payment or denials in
compliance with regulations
Manage case load and maintain clear documentation for claim actions
and communications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or administrative
experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Work experience in decision-making and information analysis
Availability to work overtime when required
