Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Leader
- Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of training content for various
training initiatives
Conduct ongoing learning and development needs analyses and create
a Training Plan
Deliver training programs, manage classroom environments, and
evaluate participant competency
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree required; MBA or master's in instructional
design preferred
2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales training experience required
High-level PowerPoint skills required
Preferred experience in Pharma Medical Affairs or Field Medical as
a MSL
Background in consulting, instructional design, or learning and
development preferred
