Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (Office/M365) to
support Microsoft 365 applications and integration of Copilot.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 services
Resolve complex issues through hands-on troubleshooting and
collaboration
Monitor and manage the M365 platform for capacity and
performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
certifications
1-3 years of experience supporting or engineering Microsoft 365
technologies
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and its integration with
M365 apps
Hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Windows
11, and Mac OS
In-depth knowledge of Azure AD and experience troubleshooting M365
apps
