Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to
respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to
products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone, email, or
chat
Troubleshoot issues with electro/mechanical equipment or software
applications
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to
support product quality
Required Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. degree required
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or
technical customer support
Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or
Healthcare is a plus
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic
SQL
