A company is looking for a Head of Support and Payment
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-year strategy to maximize customer
retention
Lead the Support team and Payment Operations team, managing
customer-facing incidents and escalations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the customer
experience
Qualifications
10+ years in Customer Support within a startup environment
5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams
Proven track record of exceeding ambitious goals
Experience working with BPOs
Preference for experience in vSaaS and high-volume environments
