Job Description:

A company is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to manage HR operations and employee relations functions in the U.S. region.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize HR documentation and employee records
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and manage employee benefits administration
Provide guidance on HR-related matters and support employee engagement initiatives


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, including payroll outsourcing and compliance in the U.S
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and benefits administration
Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
