Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Paralegal, I.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Legal Department with various processes and contested
matters
Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness, and handle
document subpoenas
Provide legal support to attorneys, including administrative duties
and conducting factual research
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree, paralegal certification, or bachelor's degree
preferred
Two (2) or more years' experience as a paralegal
Two (2) or more years' experience in the mortgage banking
industry
Two (2) or more years' experience with litigation case management
systems, preferably Legal Tracker
Solid working knowledge of mortgage servicing, lending, and
litigation
