Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Associate Attorney
specializing in Personal Injury.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in
litigation
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including
filing complaints
Attend court appearances and negotiate settlements for personal
injury cases
Qualifications
1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar
Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including
pre-litigation case management and discovery
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Workers Compensation experience is a plus
