Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Product Specialist:
Level 1 Tech who will work remotely and report to the Product
Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support services via ticketing system, phone, and
email
Collaborate with school district personnel and team members to
resolve issues efficiently
Participate in quality assurance testing of software solutions and
maintain accurate records of work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience working with data files from Microsoft Excel,
including CSV files
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
Some experience in a technical support or help desk environment
Familiarity with Google Apps, including Gmail and Google Drive, is
preferred
Previous experience or understanding of working in a K-12 school
district is preferred
