Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Due Diligence Consultant
(Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Identify improvements in technology, organizations, processes, and
tools for software development
Conduct technical due diligence for private equity firms, assessing
technology strengths and risks
Design and implement solutions, mentoring junior developers and
engineers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
15+ years of experience in software product or service roles such
as Product Management, Development, or QA
Strong technical knowledge in areas like Software Architecture,
Development, or DevOps
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote and
in-person settings
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
[Preferred] Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field,
though experience is prioritized
