Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support software
development teams in applying the Scrum framework.
Key Responsibilities
Support software development teams in applying the Scrum framework
and monitor performance
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
while managing project scope and timelines
Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate internal
communication and collaboration
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Agile development and coaching on
agile methodologies
Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and proven
leadership in project outcomes
Proven ability to organize and facilitate various Scrum-related
meetings
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and escalate issues
as necessary
Awareness of Agile and DevOps technology practices
