Our work depends on a Web Developer joining our CNIC N6 IT Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) TWMS application.-- HOW OUR WEB DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Web applications develope/Cybersecuirty Engineer for the Department of the Navy's (DoN) Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) software application.
• Develop, design, and code modules development for the Navy Total Work Force Management (TWMS).
• Utilize SQL Server, C#, Java, Net Framework, MVC, Entity Framework, API.
• React JS, Java Script, Ajax, AWS, GIT. Android, AWS Cloud, Android.
• Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments.
• Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.--
• Develop / Maintain TWMS Web Modules/processes
• Information module, CWF module, CWF Designation Letter, CWF Workforce editing tool, Document Upload moduleTWMS Modules responsibilitiy include but not limited to: TWMS General
• Modify TWMS DB and programs
• Process Tier II/III Remedy tickets Requests supporting TWMS functionality and data errors, and correcting issues as identified
• Coordinate with TWMS via TWMS tickets--
• Track tasking through TWMS tracking system
• Status reporting. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance with completed T5 Investigation
  • Required Experience:
  • 8 years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environment.
  • Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
  • Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree
  • Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in San Diego, VA and Remote

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
