Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Editor (Temporary) to edit
client deliverables and internal documents for accuracy and
style.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive editing for various deliverables, including
research papers and technical reports
Review content for completeness, accuracy, and organization while
adhering to client-specific style guides
Collaborate with research and technical staff to recommend
formatting improvements and ensure timely completion of
assignments
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in writing or editing,
particularly technical materials
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in relevant fields
Knowledge of MS Word and other MS applications, including PDF
document manipulation
Experience in a federal contracting environment is a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due
to federal contract requirements
