Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach to implement an agile
operating framework within their marketing communications and
commercial data organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on Agile concepts and methodologies to
key business roles
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and assist in developing
product plans and roadmaps
Observe team ceremonies and provide coaching and feedback to
enhance Agile practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Agile operating
models
5+ years of experience in marketing, process improvement, IT, or a
relevant field preferred
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile
Coach) preferred
No sponsorship available; candidates must be authorized to work in
the U.S
