Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth and
objectives
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition to build a diverse,
high-performing workforce
Lead employee development initiatives and manage performance
processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee
development, and compliance
Proven leadership skills with a focus on high performance and
collaboration
Experience with HR technology and tools, including HRIS systems
High standards of integrity and ethics in handling sensitive
employee matters
