Job Description:

A company is looking for a UKG/Kronos Trainer to support new employees in learning the UKG and Kronos systems.

Key Responsibilities

Train new employees on UKG and Kronos functionality and processes
Manage cohort classes of 12 trainees multiple times a week
Guide the learning and development journey of new hires

Required Qualifications

5+ years of training delivery experience
Experience with UKG/Kronos systems, including eTime and Workforce Management preferred
Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Human Resources preferred but not required
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design theories
Experience using virtual delivery tools such as WebEx
