Job Description:

A company is looking for a Master Resilience Trainer to enhance the physical and psychological health of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and DA Civilians.



Key Responsibilities

Instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength, conditioning, and resilience, including conducting training sessions and grading student materials
Assess training impact through surveys, provide After-Action Reviews, and maintain training records
Deliver training focused on resilience and performance enhancement, fostering professional climates and empowering leaders


Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport and/or performance psychology
Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel
Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure and policies
Graduation from the Army's Master Resilience Training Course and certification as an Army Performance Expert
Certifications or memberships in relevant professional associations preferred
