Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Center Triage RN to provide
telephonic triage and support services to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Direct callers to the appropriate level of care and provide
healthcare advice using assessment skills and approved
guidelines
Facilitate coordination of care across settings, ensuring labs,
studies, and referrals are completed and discussed with
patients
Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff
while preparing documentation and transmitting medical
information
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in clinical acute
care or urgent care
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and
triage protocols
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
