Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Consult Team RN.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement patient care plans
Follow up with patients to monitor health metrics and provide
guidance on lifestyle changes
Review test results with patients and educate them on conditions
and follow-up care
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted RN license in a state within the Nurse
Licensure Compact
Strong clinical knowledge related to the aging adult population and
healthy practices
Experience in prevention, health coaching, fitness, or nutrition is
preferred
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Availability during standard business hours with flexible
scheduling across time zones
