Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Assistant I to provide
support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver precise technical and clinical expertise to clients and
patients through various communication channels
Manage and prioritize clinical inquiries, ensuring prompt
resolution and smooth workflow operations
Track, audit, and manage cases through lab and reporting phases to
ensure timely completion and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not
required
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
General computer and Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Flexibility regarding job assignments and workflow changes
