Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, R&D Learning Professional.



Key Responsibilities

Lead specific learning programs for the sub-function, focusing on initiatives, roles, or competencies that drive business performance
Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with stakeholders to define skill gaps and development priorities
Design and deliver learning solutions across various modalities aligned with business strategies and tailored to specific roles



Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience, OR Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience
Experience designing and implementing learning and development strategies in a complex organization
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design across various learning modalities
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, particularly within R&D or OCMO functions, is a plus
