Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust.
Key Responsibilities
Lead security response to customer RFPs, sales inquiries, and audit
engagements
Develop and maintain technical documentation and security
presentations
Design and implement efficient security processes and metrics for
program performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum seven years in security governance, risk, compliance, or
audit leadership, including two years leading a security
program
At least three years of experience as a people leader managing a
team
Current knowledge of security control frameworks such as ISO, NIST,
and CSA
Experience with Enterprise GRC management platforms
At least one professional certification required (CISM, CISSP,
CRISC, CISA, or GIAC)
