Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture to lead
and manage People operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global team of People professionals, fostering a
collaborative environment
Develop and implement People policies and procedures that are
legally compliant and reflect company values
Design and execute strategies to improve employee engagement,
retention, and overall satisfaction
Required Qualifications
7+ years of HR/People experience, including 3 years in a leadership
role in a global remote setting
Deep knowledge of People functions, including relations,
compensation, and performance management
Experience in policy development and documentation on a global
scale
Understanding of international HR practices and labor laws
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
