Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing relationships with celebrity partners, ensuring
communication and alignment with company objectives
Support talent onboarding processes and manage scheduling and
coordination for events and campaigns
Assist with contract management, resource allocation, and monitor
talent performance and campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in talent management, influencer
partnerships, or a related field
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
with high-profile individuals
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Familiarity with digital content creation processes and
platforms
Passion for fitness, wellness, and understanding of celebrity
influence in branding
