Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Data Platform Engineering to
lead their Data Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight and drive new features aligned with the
company's strategic mission
Build and operate scalable data systems and enforce standardized
data modeling and governance practices
Mentor and grow engineering leaders while ensuring the privacy and
security of user data
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the software engineering industry
4+ years in a data engineering function and 2+ years managing
engineering teams
Experience building big data systems for data ingestion,
processing, and storage
Expertise in dimensional modeling and cloud-based environments
(e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud infrastructure
(e.g., AWS, GCP)
