Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the
strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire user
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall growth strategy, ensuring alignment with user
acquisition and retention goals
Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies including digital
advertising, email marketing, SEO, and social media
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to provide insights
for improving conversion rates and retention
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in growth marketing focused on user acquisition
and retention
Significant leadership experience in building and managing
high-performing teams
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid
ads, email, SEO, and content
Ability to analyze user data to optimize marketing efforts and
drive ROI
Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools is a plus
