Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Projects specializing in
Contact Center Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee internal business projects and programs within
the contact center department
Develop project profiles, business requirements, and comprehensive
project status reports
Lead multiple projects and project teams, ensuring adherence to
organizational policies and performance goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; years of experience may substitute for
education
7+ years of project management experience
7+ years of system implementation experience
7+ years of managed care experience
PMP or Six Sigma Blackbelt certification preferred
