• Interfacing, coordinating, and planning with Clients, Subcontractors, Design/Engineers, and our in-house Operations team, typically on the front end of projects.
• Design-Build coordination.
• Design-Assist coordination.
• Coordinating the issuance of construction documents for bid with the Estimating Coordinator.
• Coordinating project/site walks and visits.
• Receiving and reviewing RFPs.
• Creating proposals, bids, estimates, and budgets for and with Clients.
• Being a key player in the proposal and interview process.
• Working in On Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners.
• Recruiting potential/new Subcontractors that can assist our efforts.
• Understanding and developing project durations/schedules.
• Attending weekly internal staff/team meetings.
• Attending preconstruction meetings with the project team.
• Attending punch walk meetings with the project team.Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years construction industry experience.
• A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related thereto.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, and other related software required to create required bids and documentation.
