A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Digital Product.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the digital roadmap to support growth, retention, and
brand integrity
Lead content strategy across the site and app for a consistent and
high-converting user experience
Oversee the management of the eCommerce site and app, ensuring
alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a growing DTC
eCommerce company
4+ years of people management experience with a focus on mentoring
and collaboration
Extensive understanding of the retail eCommerce landscape and best
practices
Experience in launching and managing a consumer app
In-depth experience in A/B testing, site optimization, and UX
design best practices
